Believing Your Way
to a Better life
This workshop, Believing your Way to a Better Life, is the foundation for a successful and fulfilling life. You will then look at any limiting beliefs that may be holding you back from living a good life and achieving what you want in any area of your life.

Why Beliefs?
We all have core beliefs about our self and life. These beliefs are mainly unconscious. Our beliefs are so deep rooted that we often don’t know what we believe until we question them. Core beliefs are at the very heart of how we perceive ourselves and the world. Your beliefs determine everything in your life. They guide and direct your life and every decision you make in life is as a result of your beliefs. Our beliefs come from our environment and can be good or bad. Whether a belief is good or bad its use can have a positive or negative impact on us.
If somebody has a positive core belief that they are a great worker this belief may be perceived to be of value. They will be recognised and rewarded for this belief. This recognition and reward will further fuel this belief. The individual then becomes trapped in this belief. This is good when an individual is performing at their best but what happens when they are not feeling so good about themselves or the job at hand? Guilt and shame arise and they more than likely push themselves to keep on working even though this is detrimental to them.
A negative core belief such as ‘I am not worthy’ can also wreak havoc on a person as this core belief will be triggered so many times throughout their life. They may not know that they have this core belief but they will constantly find themselves in situations that show them this belief. They will question why they always end up in the bad relationships, bad jobs and so on.
What keeps us tied to our core beliefs is when our ego shows us evidence of these beliefs while shutting out evidence that contradicts it. What releases us from our beliefs is awareness.
