So you may have got the gist of what Feel & Believe is about from reading the site. To sum it up, Feel & Believe is about confidence and self-esteem for women and more importantly, it’s about feeling and believing your way to a better life.

Why Feelings & Beliefs?

Feelings and beliefs are the cornerstone of your life. They are fundamental to how you act in life, what you achieve, the relationships you have, your job, the people you associate with, the clothes you wear, the food you eat, where you holiday, if you holiday. Basically everything in your life is affected by your feelings and beliefs.

I know what it’s like to feel amazing and to have everything in my life work out for me. I also know what it’s like to have no feelings, to be empty inside. To literally be like a dead person walking and have nothing work out in my life no matter how hard I tried. This is not a nice place to be in.

As much as feelings run our life, our beliefs have this power too. But unlike our feelings, we often aren’t aware of our beliefs. We don’t always know the reason why we do or don’t do something. Why we act confident in some areas of our life and not in others, or with some people and not with others. Or why we look at other people and think that they have it all while we have nothing.

Feelings and beliefs are the magic ingredients to live a happy and fulfilled life but most people don’t understand them fully.

For example, would you understand the difference between a real and authentic feeling and one fabricated by your ego?

Do you know that you can use your feelings to get what you want in life?

And that your feelings can completely hold you back from getting what you want in life?

It’s the same for beliefs. Our beliefs can be so deep rooted that we don’t even know what they are. I find it funny that our unconscious core beliefs direct our entire life yet we don’t know what they are! And these beliefs could be holding us back.

But how do you know what these beliefs are?

And even if you do know what they are, how do you change them?

Beliefs are so ingrained in us.

And did you know that no matter how hard you try to feel good in yourself but can’t that behind that yucky feeling might be a belief that you aren’t aware of?
